My dad died this morning. In a car crash.

I will be going home for a few days. Mom seems to be okay so far. I don't know how she'll hold up, but I recently learned she's much stronger than I'd ever suspected, so I think she'll be okay. He was my stepdad, but he was the only father I ever knew. He... fucked up pretty badly on some important levels, but I still love him.

I don't think I like September anymore.

I'm going to be in Baltimore in just a few days. I dunno if I'll be able to meet up, if that will even be possble. But if it can, I'd love to hang out, if you're up for it. A friendly face at that point will rock, and just getting my mind off of stuff will probably be in order.
