Flooding update

So... the waters have receded a bit already! I've been checking the progress, using a high water mark on the support poles, and we seem to have gone down quite a few inches. If this progress keeps up, we could be free just in time for more possible snow on Wednesday :P

And more good news - the heat is working! I think the water was up just high enough last night to kill the pilot, but it is on now and much warmer. At least if I have to fudge the bathing things, I can be warmer while doing it. And now I can relax a bit about the pipes, which I was starting to fret about - the temps are supposed to fall later this week, and I didn't want them to freeze.

anathemadevice, if you end up having to crash here, at least you'll be warm! :)

As long as we don't flood more.
