xianeAll plans seem to be contingent on weather these days; even if the bands can't make it, we'll be there. And in the crazy event that it snows so much that their drive is impossible, Rift will be glad to play that crazy stompy shit for you.
Tonight at The Dawning @ Tokyo Rose, 2171 Ivy Rd: The Trinity Project, alter-ego of Baltimore's Ego Likeness will be performing. Opening will be Echomatrix, which is the project of one of the members of The Trinity Project. Expect something different tonight! From their website: "This experimental group varies its style from spoken word to noise to ambient instrumentals to progressive techno." I like to call it gothic-flavoured trip-hop experimental, but that's just me. ;) I think you'll love it, and hey, two bands... five bucks. Steve and Donna say they love playing here, by the way!
