Click on the photo for more shots of the festival. I'm working on a heart-shaped celtic knot cross stitch in that pic. You can see the colour the henna made my hair, too. :D Thanks to Society of Ancient Arts Unitarian Church for the photo!
Really? That would be *fabulous* - I have enough stuff that I know I'll need a second table next time, and another drape would be really helpful! I'm also considering getting a pavilion-type cover and I can always use it as a backdrop, too!
Thank you! I'm diggin' it, after getting used to having a more "natural" red on my head. At least this doesn't fade out totally to brown in a week or two. As long as I can handle my head smelling like hay for a week... ;)
Thank you! It sure is! I waited until my dye had faded out and applied "body art quality" henna, which is both strong and unadulterated. Evidently the stuff you can buy in boxes is often mixed with salts and other herbs and the like, and that's what causes the bad reactions. As I keep using this henna, it is supposed to deepen and get even richer. You'd die to see how much SHINE my hair has! Of course, you have to deal with the smell of hay for a week or so. :P
