Went to the Bauhaus shows where they were offering the show on CD after the fact, but didn't have the cash then? Went to one of the shows where they didn't record? Just like excellent live CDs?

You can buy the live CDs from this tour there, or download most of them!

I'm surprised MORE bands haven't been taking advantage of this, but I bet by the end of next year it will be rather common.

Have you seen photos of those big tracker-trailer burner farms that go on tour with the big bands for the buy the show after the show thing people like Jimmy Buffett and Pearl Jam do?

You could hijack one of them, pawn of a couple of burners a year and never have to work again.

I have the one from the NYC show that I went to, and it is PERFECT. Sounds amazing!

By the way, I picked up that Metropolis DVD/CD the moment it came out of the shipment at HT. I'm really liking it, too! With the cheap price THEN my discount, I practically got it for free.

By the way by the way, I will definitely be at the Birthday Massacre show and if you wanna catch two MORE amazing Cville bands, you will, too! And Meghan's going too, right? Right? ;)

Awesome! The show starts "early" [around 8] which means we'd have to leave B'more earlyish, because I like to allow time for traffic shenanigans. Is that okay?

Also my phone # is 443 567 1046 and you've got the email. :)

sounds like a plan!
it took Meghan and me a little over an hour to make it to DC when we went to see BM,
so leaving early in anticipation of traffic shenanigans is a good idea.
