I said this on trifle's journal, but thought it was amusing enough to post here, as well.

Rob and I discussed the whole name issue with this upcoming marriage. If we take
each other's names... we'll be the "White-Knights." O_o
Pesonally, I think we
should trade. He could be Rob Knight and I'll be Chris White. Or maybe we can
just make up a whole new last name. Like Tigglebottom. I dunno. :D

I took my husband's last name. I was Colby (cheese) and he is Graves ( a type of wine) so it is now a wine and cheese party! hehehhee...

did i already say this? in our state, i am allowed to use gregjaw's last name as i like, even if i opted to hold off on the change at the paperwork signing.

a reason for not hyphenating was that both of our family names are long, and it would become a mouthful. your names fit nicely together, and aren't hard on the tongue.

If it's any consolation, I was Dunning, but I married a Dunn. Oh the hilarity.

White-knight is great, but we toyed with Dunn-Dunning just to take the piss, and by the end of the wedding, we were pretty damn glad we didn't do it! LOL!

Being a Knight myself, you should totally go with White-Knight. Ye gods, I need to find someone with a name that fits mine, too!
