You have to do things the way you see fit, not like you need my permission to do that. I love my loud-mouthed-opinionated-strong-willed friends. I'd rather have an army of you than a legion of yes-men.
I get to speak my mind, too. That's the cool part of all this. We all get to have an opinion.
I might not do things the way that you do. I might not even approve of how your methods differ from mine, and I might declare why I think your differing methods are alarming.
That doesn't mean I don't support and respect you. It just means I don't necessarily agree with the way you do some stuff.
I figure you guys already know this, but I also thought that it might bear repeating or stating for the record or whatever, so you know... so there's no confusion.
