Cheap and reliable webhosting? Anyone? Bueller?


I can pay a little, but what I want is someplace with NO banners and reasonable bandwidth. Oh, and I prefer to be able to FTP in my code, not use one of those dorky web interfaces.

Any suggestions? This would be for xiane.org, by the by.
