...For managing to cheer me up, even if it only lasts a wee while. I really had fun tonight, not just "Big Fun". No masque. I swear. Really! :)

I know I'll come down soon and be back to bi-polar girl [goddamn I hate the phrase bi-polar], but for now, I'm enjoying feeling good and stuff.

I have a list in my possession that enumerates how many times bands went on the repeat cycle at Godfrey's tonight. I won't post all the details, but let's just say that 4 VNV Nation songs in 3 hours... might be excessive.

It gets better. Really, it does. One day you're going to get a phone call and the voice on the other end is going to say, "OK, bring the marshmallows" And you can drive to Richmond and sit on a hill and watch us burn it to the ground. [insert maniacal laugh here]. I am glad you had a good time, sorry I was not more of a conversationalist but yesterday was my day to decompress before the onslaught that is this weekend.

My attendence this coming week will depend on who else wants to drive for 45 minutes down the Highway of Dull Doom. I will *try* and play up the trip to be lucrative and utterly interesting, but I doubt that will work, heh. I will have to work all my skills of persuasion!

4? Does that include VNV remixes of other artists or other people remixing VNV or is it really 4 songs by VNV? Wait... why do I care... it's fucking Godfrey's... I guess I'm just a little shocked that they're that obscene.

It is TRUE. Four songs by VNV alone [I didn't even bother to count the VNV remixes]

There were also several repeats by other typical bands that didn't deserve the distinction.
