I'll be here all day, I suspect, as I am going to attempt to clean the beast - otherwise known as The Bedroom. O_O
I shall also dye hair, and call about insurance for Benefit Show, and attempt a bit later to contact bands who volunteered their efforts. So far, we definitely have Terminal Ready and Silent Muse, and as soon as I shoot back some emails, I'm looking to announce a few more.
It looks like... six bands. *mind boggles* How're we gonna do this? I dunno, but it will be awesome. There will be an Indy-Rock show in the future, too, something a little bit different from the things you expect from me, but those guys want a venue, too. I'm really impressed by the amount of people who have stepped up to offer their time/money/services, people from all genres and ages... people who want a new, clean, fun space to see bands. People who want a space that cares about them *and* the music. I can guarantee I won't be getting rich from this - I wouldn't even know how to, I've never been good at making money for myself, just the places I work for.
So if you've contacted me about playing a show and haven't heard back from me, expect email tonight.
Okay, off to get my ass in gear. I'll be home, as I say, and the Trillian will be up, although I will be available on and off as I do things. Tra-la!

I love the sound of maniacal background giggling in your voice , it lets me know that all is well ; AND you will do well & be well. You have a lot of reserve & strength ; and as my success at work dictates , I will be glad to contribute more greenbacks to the new / clean / fun space. I really need those weekly stomp sessions again ~ my ankles are definitely getting fat..........

i think thismeansyou would def be interested in helping out the fundraiser- i got the email.....we just still dont have a bass player so ill have to talk to the guys about it. :) but dont rule us out!

hehehe you need a bass player. damned why cant i be in c-ville. hmmm well there is always that possablility of sending me songs to learn and letting me stand in for the show lol. hey long shot but always offering my bass playing services where needed

The date for the Benefit show is tentatively March 27th.

The date for a Spectacular Gathering of We, The Fabulous Peoples, though... when should we shoot for?
