Terminal Ready are practicing in my living room, as they do on Sundays these days. They're running through LEC, which is getting to me as it always does, even without [livejournal.com profile] briskpepper's vocals. I find it startling - although really fucking cool - that the people I know can create these things that move me so strongly. Seriously... how did I get to be so lucky? I have some of the most creative, insightful, and interesting friends that anyone could hope for. How many people can claim that?
I just hope that I am worthy of them, I really do. No, that's not a call for reassurance... I truly hold myself up to higher ideals than I might otherwise, to try and live up to my end of the bargain of having such incredible people in my life. I strive to be a better person every day, so that I can feel that I deserve the riches that I have. I have a lot to fix, a lot that needs mending... but I *want* to be better. You, my friends, make me want to be a better person.

*sigh* So yes, blah blah; next on the agenda is [livejournal.com profile] subshock, which of course comes on at 10p est and marches forward with my special blend of Goth Rock and madness until 12m. As usual, you can catch it on the air at 91.9/88.1/89.9 FM, or online at wnrn.rlc.net. I might have a new Silent Muse track, and if all goes as planned, I'll have a Psychopop track too, as well as a buncha other neat stuff. MUSIC! God, I love it.

Off to put CDs together for the show, la la la...

So, in other words, you get a free Terminal Ready show every week. Nice - I could definitely get used to that!

It's even more than you'd bargain for... oh dear. It gets crazy there. I think they should have more open practices sometimes, so they can pre-preview their new tunes with some of our friends beforehand. If that ever happens, I'll make sure you get the message. ;)

Well... crap. I can't get to the place where Psychopop tunes might be hiding, so that will have to wait until next week. [livejournal.com profile] sxoidmal, if you're reading... I can't find 'em. When I pull up psychopop.org. all I get is a red outline of a box and a box that says "no news is good news." I noticed it's a flash window, so perhaps the computers here at the station are deficient in Flash...? Well, more time to get it done for next week, I suppose. Crrrrap. *pout*

Awesome!

Btw, I see (er, actually "hear") that you're leading off with L.E.C. Why am I not surprised? ;-)
