Atkin's has been working for me. I read you lost some pounds too, yes? We're all going to be amazingly thin by springtime, mark my words. And I feel great these days. Yay!

I did Atkins for 6 months or so last year, following it to the letter. Then somewhere around moving time, it all went out the door.. stress, etc. Then the holidays.. oi.

I started back on Induction on Monday, so everything I've lost is water weight loss, so I'm drinking water like a fiend. I'm thrilled to be eating right again, and I can't wait for these jeans to get loose again. :D
