xianeToday was the day where nothing could happen quite right.
Not that anything was wrong, just note that things never lined up properly. I forgot the staple gun, I forgot the power cord to my laptop. It poured down rain, and so we didn't get to go flyering. Little misconnections like that held all progress back. In good news, I talked to Marcus about a possible job, and we're meeting tomorrow at Rapture at 5:30 to talk about what we can work out. Whee!
Still not feeling quite right, but I'm better than I was yesterday. This plague is more annoying than the last one. I'd like it if my stomach would stop protetsting at every little thing I ingest. I would also like to put the headache on the back burner. I know, I know, I ask for a lot.

krasota was so very kind to bring by to Coyote - I managed to get a bit over 1000 words down at work. I'm getting ready to work some more, but I wanted to keep up with the journal. I noticed last night that my mundane writing has been feeling more real and solid since I started NaNoWriMo. Of course, that might have been the weird hours I was keeping last night, too.
This entry isn't a very good testimony to the last assertion, is it? Heh.
