I'm awake. I'm supposed to be going to tea today with lovely ladies. I'm not dressed yet. I'm overwhelmed with coughing and ick. I do feel better than I did when I awoke, from a hard sleep, at 12:15.

I particularly love the Ricola Lemon-Mint drops. Those are my standby all winter, when my voice starts getting wonky. I pull out the Singer's Saving Grace spray when I lose it entirely. I call it "herbal ass", because it tastes wretched, but man does it work!

I have a sick bug too. It's no fun. Sick saps creativity, the good kind anyhow. I'm having no troubles coming up with ideas on how to severely maim the origin of this nasty bug.

No thanks. There's some sort of death-plague going around my department and I'm hoping I won't get it. I'm especially prone to respiratory infections and they turn into horrible lingering things that stay for months.
