Can I just say...

Last night rocked? Because it did, it really did.

Nicki Jaine was, again, a magical chanteuse with a voice that seems too big for her tiny self. Anathema Device possibly rocked harder that I've ever seen them rock, with an amazingly tight and badass show. DJ Rift and MC Tram made the peoples dance like they were all wearing the proverbial red shoes. Wow. I couldn't have asked for more from the night.

And if that wasn't enough for me, I also had the pleasure of hanging out with all of my best friends, AND some of the people that I've missed lately at The Dawning. I spent huge amounts of time - finally - with Shannon and Matt, both inside and outside of a club. Wow, we finally got to talk. Yay! They really are some of the coolest people I know. We ended up staying up late chatting, then I actually got up early today, so we could spend some time trading music. [shocking, I know.]

Then, a bit later, I was treated to an exclusive concert by originalcynic, with my housemates and M, Jos and Tom in attendence as well. Expect to see her appearing at an Underground Goth Club near you SOON. She ROCKS.

Okay, I have to cut this short for SubShock. Sometime tomorrow I'll post an updated list of bands who will be appearing on the Fall Fundraiser SubShock CD. LOTS of response from excellent bands!
