Some pictures of the bath salts and milk baths.

So a few of you folks were expressing interest in the new baths I've been cranking out, so I took some pics today.





Here's both of the varieties of milk bath I mixed up yesterday:
In the large jar is Cleopatra's Beauty Milk Bath - dry milk blended with hand ground organic lavender flowers, a touch of orange peel, linden flowers, and whole jasmine flowers. Cleopatra was known for extravagant milk baths and was a great beauty; I tried to channel that feel in this mix.
In the smaller bag is Beneath The Waves Milk Bath - dry milk shot through with french green clay, irish moss, and chickweed. I wanted to capture the healing, purifying feeling of bathing in seafoam, and this bath turns the water opaque and soothing with cleansing ingredients.
Prices for the milk baths run $3.00/small and $6.00/large.





Wild In The Woods is the fragrance I have in the new packaging, so that's what you get to see! If you want the full line of scents, they're on the website. Prices for those run $4.00/small and $8.00/large.

If you want to place an order on any of these things, or anything off the website, I'll send you one free small bath salt or milk. Just mention that you saw it on LJ, and what scent/formulation you'd like in the notes of your order, and I'll add it free of charge. :)

YAY FOR SHOWER STUFFS!!!!! Cause YOU know I love yummy stuffs! And I don't want to buy my shower stuffs from B&BW or even Body Shop anymore. I have an LJ post about this I have yet to finish - talking about scents and stuff, cause I just found out (and forgive my state of delerium) that LUSH (which, I never use or buy from) may actually have a scent that I'd like, Chai. I went to their page and dind't see anything about a Chai scent - I was upset.

I needs me warm vanilla, sugar cookies, ginger snaps, warm chai tea, & pumpkin spices to make me happy - and I'd rather buy DIY and especialllllly from you.

Hmmm. I would like to make a chai scent, but a lot of the spices that go into that can burn on the skin, so I'd have to see how I can make that work. Since I make everything with real oils [not synthetics] that's a real problem with bath stuff. Ginger's not tough, and I heart vanilla, tho getting a strong vanilla scent without synthetics is tougher.

I think I wanna make shampoo bars, too. I dunno what sort of scent I'll make those, though. :D

I've spelled it lavendar for so long, that's just what comes out.
Lavender looks like something you *do* - not *smell* ;)
I've gotten better at spelling it with a "der" but it looks better then other way, dammit! Hee.
