Goal for this week. Also, getting myself back on track.

*waves to everyone* I was quiet a lot last year. I intend to change that this year. No better time than the present!

I'm in the process of going through some *huge* life changes, all starting this month. This Sunday, I'm moving to NC, and then that Wednesday I'm getting married. So I have a lot of packing, organization, and career changing/planning to do. I also have to buy all new furniture once I move. :/

So this week's goals:

*pack EVERYTHING
*throw out/recycle/give away all the useless papers and ephemera
*put everything that won't fit on this trip in the closet in my room
*take care of all address switches that had to wait until the last moment
*make sure all bills are paid ahead of time, so that's one less thing to worry about

*try to stay calm :D

I'm trying to keep the computer up until the last moment. We'll see how that goes.

I haven't really announced the date so much as brought it up in conversations, which I've been severely lacking in certain [online] circles... so it isn't shocking that you wouldn't know, I s'pose!

Trust me, it seems like a surprise to me, too. A lovely one, but wow did that suddenly get here!

Some of the stuff I have I never unpacked from the last move... but there's a *lot* more to squeeze in from a year's worth of living here. I've packed most of my clothes - two 60 gallon rubber bins' worth - and I have allll of my books, CDs, yarn, and papers to go. O_O

Some of this stuff won't make it in this trip.

*grin* I keep the breakdowns and freakouts to late-night hours when people can't see it as much. Fake it 'til you make it, y'know. ;)

I'm both excited and nervous, but in the end I get the magnificent payoff of Rob in my life forever.

Since i intend to not see much of the computer except for my online classes I'll use now to send wishes.
I hope that you and Rob have the most spectacular married life ever! I know you two will be super happy and content for the rest of forever. And i know you guys will be happy to finally be together.
