... I've never seen so many crumbs in my life.

Also, there's a mouse in our house. Queenie the cat seems to think it's here for her own personal entertainment. She'll sit there and stare at corners for hours, swishing her tail. I look over, there's nothing there. I'd think she was bluffing, but I found irrefutable evidence in the sink yesterday.

I hate vacuuming. Also: must stop storing half and half in fridge door shelves. Almsot a whole quart gone bad, and trashed my cup of coffee to find this out. Luckily I had a back-up quart, from intentions to make cappuccinos gone astray. I see espresso in my future.

Tummy seems to be holding up. This is good.

Okay, all right. I've delayed the chores long enough, back to the vacuum. :/

my little stainless steel espresso pot (bought at evil Stinky box store that makes me not breathe, at least I had a coupon) is GREAT. I love having espresso. I went back and bought a milk frother for the hot half/half. Doctor's orders. I love my doctor, he makes me buy kitchen gadgets.

(Okay, he tells me things like "NO WHISKING or the pod creature in your hand will EAT YOUR SOUL.", so I have to go out and buy things.)

So, milk frother for my half 'n half.

Breve Cappuccinos?

They are equal in carbs to whole milk ones the last time I checked.

I made a latte with heavy whipping cream the other day, to see if the extra fat would make it yummier. Apparently, the fat/ flavor correlation follows a curve, because it tasted like ass. !_! More equations:

Espresso + Ass = Ass
Espresso + Guinness = the opposite of ass (apparently)
Espresso + Postmodernism = Hours of high speed masturbatory monologue by one javafiend aka Freddy Krueger

Carbs are equal between the two, roughly... but the milk acts carbier for me than the half and half does. And damn! It tastes better! :D
I try to keep my breve consumption lower and my coffe + half and half higher. But now that I have this cappuccino machine working... mmmmmm.

Also, often a breve replaces a meal for me, so I hafta get my full calorie count. *giggle*


... we have Freddy Krueger style sweaters at HT, too :D
