Okay, fine, you're right. My updating is slipping. I've been busy tweaking my webpage [xiane.org]... I added a new toplists feature for those of us who have webpages based an obsession with steampunk, cybertech, or other futuristic/anachronistic blends... and I made some small aesthetic changes. I also made a flyer for this weekend's show at The Dawning - Bella Morte is playing, and I'm DJing [woo]... expect more of an eclectic mix than some of the other DJs provide. I'm a weirdo.
I have lots of things I *could* write about, but most of them aren't for pubic consumption. I'm frustrated by some aspects of my life right now, but I'm working really hard to [change them] [keep a good attitude] [achieve revenge by overcoming the obstacles]. Yeah.

As usual, I suck and haven't been keeping up with friends. I am an anti-social fuck these days, and for that I am sorry. Hang in there and I promise I'll be back to my usual laugh-a-minute persona soon.

don't be so hard on yourself. you're not obligated to anyone, and if people really are your friends, they'll still be there once your life slows down enough for you to include them.

Heh, welcome to my idiom! I am terribly hard on myself in a lot of ways, which gets ascerbated by my problem with controlling anxiety... boiling down to: I need to learn to relax. I have no idea how to make myself *do* this, though! Maybe by the time I hit 40, I'll have figured this out ;)
