Wow. I made it all day and then some without passing out. Let's hear it for XianeStamina. I wanted to get off my ass tonight and "get things done", but that didn;t happen much. I did download some crap to listen to later, and now I'm starting my *vacation*, so I should have LOTS of time to gather new music. Go, me.
I want new things to read. Recommendations? Read my interests lists if you don't have a clue what sorts of reads I like.
So what the hell am I going to do with this vacation time [besides read books and d/l music]? I won't have as much money as I'd like to have... I feel like socalizing, especially as I'll probably be at a loss for a while. I'm thinking a day trip to Richmond, and one to DC if I can afford. We shall see, I guess.

I really should write the story of how we got backstage at VNV/Haujobb for all of five minutes before being kicked out by VNV's handlers... but that'll have to wait. A little suspense is good for you. ;)

Question: if Sub Shock was moved to a weekday, would anyone still listen?

Ok...

If you would like to come up to DC, you have a place to stay with me...

And if you want books to read, you should really visit me. We have more than enough books to keep you entertained for YEARS!

you NEED to read

Thank you for that! I need to get through tonight and see how much cash I have left, then I can plan for what I can do this week. You'd think I would have saved money for vacation... but no. That wouldn't be the Xiane we all know and love ;)

I haven't read any good sci-fi books recently. I don't read fiction much. I would like to suggest Stephen Hawking's The Universe in a Nutshell, if you wouldn't mind some non-fiction.

Since nobody else bothered to answer it.

I probably would since I work Sunday nights. But if I hear any fucking Bella Morte I'm turning the damn thing off.

(catching up on older entries)
