I look up to the skies. I dream of what lies beyond.

It's the dream, you know. That's what makes it hurt more than the roll call of loss that comes in every day from every part of the world.
We can look up to the skies and sense the mystery, the beauty, the unanswered questions that still lie before us... and those who dare, those brave astronauts who leave the safety of home and risk so much in an environment so hostile yet alluring to humans... we can only hold them high in admiration. They dared what we would not. Yes, they lost their lives today... but they saw things that they had only dreamed of before. I admire their dedication to a dream. I mourn their loss.

Flyer for Das Ich show next weekend, made. I'll post one later for perusal and whatnot. Too tired now.

Had a very full day. Made lots of stinky bath salts and stinky incense, in preperation for Three Ravens Productions to start rolling again. I have my local business license and filed for the VA one [yes, I did it backwards. I'm a dork like that]... and after 2 incenses and 2 bath salts, I'm almost out of supplies already. Incense uses up more crap, I tell you... bath salts use a lot less herbs and spices because the salt stretches the contents. I did make some yummy Kyphi, though, It's been ages since I made that. It's missing the calamus and galangal, unfortunately. I need to find a resource for those. Gotta love an incense with honey and raisins in it, though.

I'm tired.

Also made dinner, walked to the bank and got my balance and then reconciled my checkbook [eeep], got a mocha, walked home [in the rain]... watched a lot of SciFi channel with Stu, cleaned up a bit. A very full day.

Okay, sleep for me. Come out tomorrow [tonight] and see In Tenebris and This Means You at The Dawning. Chicks that kick ass, man.
