Um, ok, that's just strange. I got the same results. I must be more clued in that I thought. Either that or living with a music fiend for 4 years has done something to my brain. Gads, I must be_learning_ or something....
It's living with a music fiend. Seriously, every article I read or movie or whatnot we watch together causes me to go into an hour long discourse on obscure music trivia. My fellow music geeks know the deal...that misty, faraway look in the eyes, the pacing back and forth, across the room, the wild gesticulating...I become a woman posessed.
I tried to get him to read the damned books and watch the documentaries and listen to the albums, but the boy goes running back to the computer games after about 15 minutes. {sigh} At least I know that SOME of it sunk in. Maybe he absorbs knowledge through osmosis...if that's the case I need to throw more books at his head.
Now when it comes to film trinia, we're a perfect match!!!!
I think you can miss a lot and still get that result... I was curious so I went through and changed about 5 answers and submitted it again and got the same thing (then again, some of those answers may have been right *after* I changed them). Then I changed a few more and finally got something like "You need to listen to more 60's and 70's music."
Besides, that quiz made me cranky(er). I refuse to believe that questions about bands that broke after I graduated from college (like Nirvana) can be "past music". I shake my cane and curse at all of you.
