Can this year be over, already? And would 2004 please be so kind as to change for the better? Thanks so much.

Dwelling on the past, on what was and what I miss and how maudlin I am right now because I can rediscover people I doted on previously, and they don't seem to care as much about it as I do. Now I kow me, and that's probably a misguided perception... but that doesn't make it hurt any less right now. Ah, give me twenty-four hours and I am sure things will have changed.

And in the CHANGE department, I have spent a good chunk of this year watching people I care about hurt, with no way to help them. Can we put in for a turnaround on that, as well, for 2004? You're the best, thanks.

I have more to say, but it is going to have to wait.
