Due to rain, the Perky Pic-A-Nic seems to be off; I'm not sure what's going on, although I suspect that a few folks might be going to Amelia's party [which is a fine choice! There will be peep immolation from what I understand!]... I'll be at Coyote all day, so call me there if you want to see if I'm actually going to end up doing anything.
I'm working on shaking this foul mood that's gripped me since last night. I fucked up something in booking, leaving me in a position where I've basically screwed over two good friends inadvertently. It happens, but I try to make it happen as little as possible, and I feel awful for it. I know I'll get it fixed, but I hate letting ANYONE down, especially friends. Arrrrrrrg.

box5's friends list today, and added her back, as she seems nifty and perky! mbickers, take note - she's one of us ;) I've met some amazing and wonderful people through LJ, people I might not have ever met otherwise. And that's saying a lot, as I have a HUGE social net. I'm wondering when the lists of social contacts will push out the useful info from my brain and leave me a doddering but well-connected idiot... oh, wait... um... O_o
Okay, fine. I'll go get ready for work. Talk amongst yourselves.
