Bazaar Bizarre, by Greg Der Ananian. I read it once, would rate it "like new" - I like it and it is funny but I don't see myself using it. $5.00
The Creative License, by Danny Gregory. Very inspiring, cute illustrations, quite inspiring. Let it inspire you. Again, like new condition. $5.00
Simply Pearls: Designs for Creating Perfect Pearl Jewelry, by Nancy Alden. Pretty, lovely designs, never opened other than to glance through. It was a mistake buy on my part - I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and never sent it back. However, any beader would love it, I just don't have the space to keep it. $5.00
Quilt Block Leftovers, by Sarah Phillips and Mickey Baskett. A nice hardcover book about making useful and pretty things from quilt blocks. I don't have time right now to take up quilting, maybe you do? $4.00
Interested? Drop me a line here. First come, first served. Look for some other books to be listed later tonight.

2006-12-08 03:31 (UTC)Some of the things in here include:
Dutchman's Puzzle Pillow
Picnic Placemat with pockets for silverware
Sewing Machine Cover
Wall Hanging Headboard with starry night design
Fuzzy Baby Blanket
There's actually a lot of baby stuff in there. And the needle book pattern is something I copied and altered a bit for ones I'll be making to sell.
*shrug* I dunno - I like some of the patterns in here; some are hokey, but there are some cool block ideas in there.

2006-12-08 03:34 (UTC)By the way! We got our package, thank you SO much! I gave in and handed off the mouse to Squeegee because he begged so much for it... and Rob and I timed the destruction, which clocked in at six minutes. He's a regular destruction machine! He sniffed ALL over the card to him, which I took as a sign of approval. :D
Thank you! ♥

2006-12-08 15:25 (UTC)6 minutes?
SIX Fucking minutes?
That cat of yours is a doomsday device all on his own. Midnight has wasted 11 years trying to build his doomsday machine, all he needed was Squeegee!
I'm going to send you one of the *super* thick ones. See how he manages with that. If he destroys that, then there's very little I can do to help him. I don't think you'd smell the herbs through Kevlar. lol.

2006-12-08 16:46 (UTC)He's a particularly single-minded cat. He went for the tail first - gone in 2.5 secs, no lie. Then he gets this zen look on his face and CHEWS and CHEWS and CHEWS and HOLE -crap. He seems to target the nose or butt for his chewing. Too clever for his own good. :P
He also got really insulted when I took it away from him. He liked it VERY much. Ol' Super Destructo. Tell Midders I'd loan Squeege out to him but I couldn't live with myself when I saw the results.
