xianeWell. Subculture Shock went actually pretty well tonight. I'll have our playlist up in about an hour from now, if you're interested in checking it out. I actually had quite a bit of fun, on the air and off - it was just Marika and I for once, wich was a little weird. We've had a lot of visitors come out lately. We got to just hang out together and be silly while spinning music. Woo.
It is finally cold outside. I'm pleased. When we came out of the WNRN studio, there was actual frost and ice on Marika's car. Maybe we'll actually get lucky enough to get snow sometime around Xmas or my birthday [oooh, please!] - I would be happy even to just have it floating in the air. It doesn't have to stick! I'm not picky.
The Dawning also went pretty well, although I don't get the trend that's been going on lately where everyone leaves by 1:45. Who can tell. Went to Ihop with Liam, Dan, Sonja, and Stu after we wrapped up everything at The Rose... that was rather crazy. I couldn't stop laughing, I was so punchy. I should actually get to bed pretty soonish, simply because I didn't get to sleep last night until 5 am, and then I woke up around noon, simply not enough sleep. Especially since all last week I was running on about 5 hours a night. I'm getting too old for that, heh. [that's at least the excuse I'm going to use, dammit]
