It really is a great shot of you. It shows an almost completely different shot of you, you look a bit unlike any other picture I've seen of you. It's not just that there's a pastel haze to it, reminiscent of Lush or Cocteau Twins, it's the angle of your head and how much of YOU comes through the constructed You.

Perhaps unrelated, perhaps not, you look profoundly serene and content. Your eyes are so bright, your smile is beatific, almost childish in its elemental peace. I'm guessing you're in your Happy Place, at long last; I hope it sticks.

Seriously, that's a really meaningful compliment. I *have* been much happier, less stressed [amazingly so], and possibly more radiant as a result. Maybe the changes I'm trying to make in my life are finally starting to show through? One never notices from the inside...

Spring always rejuvenates me, too. The quality of light, the soft greening of everything - I'd just noticed buds on the trees that day.
