my new hair colour.

For those who haven't seen it, I dyed my hair a darker red the other day, garnier 100% in #600. It's a welcome change from the bright red, which I love but got tired of maintaining... I was also afeared of having to change it for job-hunting, so I just went ahead and did.




And just because I like the blue quality...

I dyed my hair that exact shade two weeks ago. Though I *did* use Special FX over it, so mine has more of a burgundy tint to it.

I'm pretty sure that's the same colour I just dyed my hair last week, though it didn't turn out anywhere near as vibrant on me. I can't seem to find my really intense permanent red anymore and unfortunately the Garnier doesn't seem to work as a substitute.

And mine was over SFX, which is why it has such red undertones in the light. And now we'll both match Vimala. *grin*

It looks fairly similar to what yours looks like in your icon, but a bit browner when not in direct light, and nowhere as glossy and lovely. I always covet your hair. Since I did mine right over the Special Effects, it retained a brilliant red undertone... but it definitely looks browned-red in indirect light. Either way, i think I'm pleased. My hair needed a break. :D

I'm off the hook for now! Vim got a crazy-good job, so she can afford to hire me on almost full-time... which means I'll make more money than I would at most other places. I'm still makin' buttons, tho. ;)
