I'm alive. Yay! I'm sure that anyone who got to see me last night at The Dawning - the show must go on - knows that I still survive. Thanks to everyone who gave me well wishes towards getting better.

briskpepper just yelled at me, "I QUIT! I QUIT, OKAY?" and dropped his pants. O_O
Friggin' weirdo.

Now he's mocking me. And I made him a salad and everything tonight. Maybe that's the problem.

If you were listening to SubShock tonight you might have noticed the TWO oh-so-industrial interruptions from the EAS [otherwise known as the Emergency Broadcast System]. Whee. My first time in two years of doing radio that I've had to air them, and I get TWO. Did anyone get flooding? I hope all is well with you guys. That storm seemed intense.

I haven't said anything interesting, and now I have to go to sleep. I'm trying to banish these evil under-eye circles. :(

i did notice that you were playing the fall away remix, and it was just as we were returning from a trip to ham town for recording. literally, just as we were pulling into the driveway.

Yes indeed, I played that and I started off the show with VSB's Exegisis Magdalene, trying to start the noise for the upcoming show. I was afraid during SubShock that the power was going to go out; we have a generator but it is annoying to get started, and the storm seemed pretty bad.
At least the EAS messages didn't go on auto-override. Otherwise we could have ended up with some interesting remixes!
