Quick question for krasota - can you eat cottage cheese and eggs? If so, I have the best pancake recipe for you. Made it today for breakfast and it was *amazing* - Just 1/2 C Lowfat cottage cheese, 2 eggs, a dash of vanilla and cinnamon, whirl in the blender until smooth, make like pancakes. They're rather like crepes, thin and deeeeeliciously crispy.
Vegetarians on the list, you could probably use egg replacement. The cottage cheese is non-negotiable, tho.
